his old set of shakers is quite clever! It's a set of old wise, bald men with one exceptionally large ear who are wearing signs. The two hole guy's sign says on the front "If you must argue when you eat, Here is a Sympathetic Ear©" and on his back it says "Service Bad? Waited Long? Hot Food's Cold? Cold Food's Warm? Complain to the Sympathetic Ear©". The three hole one says on the front "If You Don't LIke the Food Tell it to the Sympathetic Ear©, If You Do, Tell Us", and on the back, "If It's Seasoning That It's needing The Sympathetic Ear© Will Listen To Your Gripes". These shakers are 4" tall, porcelain, with a shiny glaze;. they are free from chips or cracks, the paint is excellent. There is a minor mold flaw near one hole of the two hole shaker (the blue suit).
