"A Cut-Out Circus for the Children" 1800s Ladies Home Journal Uncut Paper Dolls - Black Ethnic Minstrels. Entitled "The Side Show" by C. Durand Chapman, beautifully lithographed in full color, this uncut sheet contains a variety of stereotype ethnic images including 4 Black Americana exaggerated ethnic stereotype minstrels. The sheet measures 16.25 x 10.75" and contains all the characters plus the stage and accessories complete with directions. It's in excellent condition, showing only a few tiny tears at the edges and some very light age toning. On the reverse is a beautiful art print as shown in the images
