Stated first edition recipe book, authored by Joan Nathan and Judy Stacey Goldman, with a foreward by former Mayor Tedd Kolleck, this lovely cookbook is a culinary tour of Jerusalem..."a profusion of delights, like the city itself...including the chicken soup recipe of the 'ultimate Jewish mother'...Golda Meir". The end papers are maps of the city, and the book is profusely illustrated with black and white photographs - scenes of Jerusalem's foods, cooking and culture. The end papers depict a map of the city. Measuring 6.25" x 9.25", containing 242 pages, this book is in excellent condntion. There is some slight wear to the edges of the dust jacket and a few minor bumps to the edges of the binding and corners of the blue cloth boards. There is a neat former owners inscription inside the front cover; Little Brown & Co., Publishers. If you have any questions about this item, contact me through ebay messages. Thanks.
