1968 "The Big Chocolate Cookbook" Hardbound with Dust Jacket Wonderful cook book for the chocolate lovers! 325 pages of mouth-watering recipes include every possible use of chocolate imaginable. There is even a small chapter that uses chocolate in main dishes which use chocolate as "an elusive, rich fragrance". The book measures about 6.5" x 9.25", written by Gertrude Parke. The dust jacket is intact and served its purpose in protecting the rust colored cloth boards. Book club edition, some age discoloration at the edges of pages as would be expected. I think this book was never used. Name sticker from previous owner.
