The bear is holding a honeycomb with a little Bee. This is referenced in the Carey-Tompkins Disney Salt and pepper book.

The larger Skunk is 2.75" tall, and appear to be take-offs on Disney Flower, the Skunk from Bambi. They have a flower on their heads, the shaker holes come from the eyes and mouth. Original corks, black "Japan" stamps on the bottoms.
